Good Magnesium supplement. Works well with getting good and deep sleep. I use them 4 days in the week. Rest of the days I consume pumpkin seeds for good sleep before sleep. Both are awesome in getting good and deep sleep. Remember to take it just an hour before going to bed and 1/2 hrs after your last meal.

After using this product for a reasonable amount of time, I can say that it delivers excellent quality for its price. The design is practical and easy to use, and the overall performance was better than expected.

I have been using it for couple of days and I have noticed that my sleep quality is getting better. I don't feel lethargic and lazy. I would recommend the product to everyone. If you're unsure, try half a tablet and then continue with a whole tablet everyday.

This thing works, one of the best i'd say and I had one of the best sleep days i have got in many months, so peaceful sleep that i wake up mrng with no intervals in the night and felt very energytic, Like always theres a but in very good movies, is that It has Oxide one of the forms and its the not bad or worse form of magnesium but it makes people diarrhea in the morning for me, i get good constipation generally i dont need Oxide, i guess its for people who are not getting good constipation or getting hard to poo, im in my 20s the reason i gave 3 stars is that it Has INS E211(sodium benzonate), and INS 219(paraban), E211 is an carcinogen, if you are consuming any form of VIT C , in the body itll convert into benzene that that can lead to cancer, not sure the quantity but i really hate that type of preservative and it has Paraban INS 219, its found that it damages the mans Fertility and reduces the sperm count, please google if u dont trust me, stopped taking this after few days, i didnt saw while purchasing the product went blindly with the reviews i will buy from this brand if they reformulate atleast in capsule form or use other safe preservatives

After 5-6 days of using Simply Earth's Magnesium Complex, I've noticed significant improvements. My sleep quality has increased, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. I did experience slight digestive discomfort initially, but it settled down quickly. Sticking to the recommended dosage is crucial. Overall, I'm pleased with the results and would recommend this supplement for better sleep and muscle health.

The medication provided is spoilt. The tablets are soft and squishy from the center. The medicine provided is very near to it's expiry date and is very poor.
