When I was debating buying these I could not find much in reviews about how bright they were (besides looking up the lumins value). To confirm when using as white lights they are quite Bright, on par with the Feit Electric string lights.I attached a photo so you could judge for yourself. I have a streetlight with kind of an ugly led light on my alley and these lights wash that out with warm light.Wish the 2700k setting was a little more warmer but it will do.The color lights are a ton of fun and my wife and kids love them. I have a few other Govee lights and am familiar with the App. It is nice having their functionality in one place. Had no issues automating on/off times with Google assistant.I wasn't sure if the AC adapter was fully waterproof so put that into a box (from Amazon) per photo.To recap they met my brightness requirement an we are very happy with them. I lost my favorite Feit Electric string lights to a deranged squirrel that mistook them for nuts. Fingers crossed the squirrels will stay away from these.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great bank for your buck. Use it for outdoor patio and now can use it year round and change colors of bulbs whenever I want. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Ok I am IN LOVE with the light strands. Super easy to set up. Pretty easy to hang up (well husband did the bulk of that but pretty easy for me!). Very much a plug and play system.The lights worked immediately with Alexa - I can change the colors or settings just from yelling out into the air! Who knew I needed this? I guess Amazon and this light maker! Truly though, I am loving the lights. They are cheerful, have a gazillion color options and look sturdy enough to withstand the wind tunnel we live in when the Santa Ana winds ride through. I will be curious to see how they stand up to the SoCal sun overtime.

The bulbs were alot bigger than it looked. I never could get the bulbs to change the color it just stayed white. The product was real bulky and to set it up with the internet was impossible. Im returning mine and very disappointed

The best LED light kit on the market. So many lighting options available and they are very bright. I also love the fact that they're dimmable and has AI modes and all kinds of themes. You can also customize these lights to your likings. With the Wi-Fi you can control the lights anywhere in the world. I am very impressed and highly recommended.
