I am an anxious person where some days are worse than others but there are aren't many days where my mind feels a hundred percent calm. These patches made quite a difference to ignore. I was initially using them at night so I could sleep through without waking up and it worked every single night I used it. I adopted a good sleep hygiene and moved to using these patches at day time. I felt calmer, less worried, lost in thoughts and simply drifting through my jobs. While only using them on days I know will be a struggle, I found that when it wears off, I can feel the difference in my mood and energy. Simple jobs like cooking dinner, sorting the washing, replying to emails become tedious. They advise to have a break between each dose and that becomes problematic. I want to try the stronger version of these but worried the crash will be greater. The patches itself are easy to use and have caused me no problems like itching, scarring, allergic reaction, redness or peeling off. I have worn it on several sweaty events like running, strength training sessions and warm summer days out. I think it's priced moderately high depending on use. I bulk buy as there are offers available like 3 for 2. I would suggest that one should try it out before committing to a big pack.

I bought these as I am a courier and get tired later in the day, I was a bit sceptical at first but after a few times using them I started to see the difference and stopped being tired and had more energy when I needed it at the back end of my shift. I would recommend these if anyone was to ask and will be buying more.
