Absolutely Game-Changing Fermentation Appliance!
The media could not be loaded. I can’t say enough good things about this fermentation machine—it’s a total game-changer for anyone passionate about homemade goodies! The sleek design fits perfectly on my kitchen counter, and the clear lid lets me keep an eye on my creations. Setting it to the “Natto” function with an 8-hour timer was a breeze, thanks to the intuitive controls and bright display. The variety of options—Ferment, Temp, Time, Rice Wine, and Yogurt—makes it incredibly versatile for all my fermentation needs. The build quality is top-notch, and it maintains a consistent temperature, which is crucial for perfect results every time. I’ve already made the smoothest yogurt and the most flavorful natto, and I’m excited to try rice wine next. Cleanup is a snap, and the quiet operation is a bonus. If you’re into DIY fermentation or just want to elevate your kitchen game, this is a must-have. Worth every penny—highly recommend!

Easy to use, easy clean up.
This is a great little yogurt maker that's a simple design, is easy to use, has a great lay out for heat levels and a thick bowl inside to hold your yogurt or fermented dairy, and is overall very functional. However, after all my studies and research, it's a device I'll probably never use. That is not saying anything negative about the device or the company. I just found that my instant pot produces larger amounts, and I didn't even need to buy this. The inner pot is about the same thickness of my other device, just not as big. This is a nice quality device and I'm sure whoever I donate it to will love it. I do recommend this yogurt maker though because it has a lot of features I really like. The automatic shut off and beep to let you know when it has finished is very nice. Cleanup is super easy. It's a great design with a small footprint!

I didn't know I could make my own yogurt!
The media could not be loaded. 1.7-Quart Yogurt Maker with Adjust Temp(21°C-48°C/70°F-118°F) & Time(1-99h),110V-240V Auto-adaptive,Steel Inner Pot,BPA-free,Celsius Increment,Real-Time Countdown LED Display (Without GLass Jars)Comes with the steamer, inner pot and lid, and a cover for the steamer. it is a pretty basic low temperature warmer.I had never made yogurt before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The English translated directions were a bit confusing, so I decided to go online and find a recipe I knew I could trust. For anyone who cares I used the basic yogurt making recipe from Serious Eats and I followed their directions, meaning I scalded the milk for half an hour, let it cool to 110F and then added the probiotic yogurt before using the yogurt maker.I practiced with the settings on the yogurt maker because they were a bit confusing. The first number is the temperature in Celsius. The second number is the number of hours it is to be at that temperature. The recipe called for it to stay at about 111F (44C), I had to actually turn it all the way up (46C was the max on the yogurt setting) because it was not heating to the right temperature. Even at the highest temperature, it did not get above a 111F. I just set the timer for twelve hours knowing I wasn't going to use that full time. The recipe gave quite a bit of leeway as to how long to let it warm. I did make sure the lid seal was closed and tight on the metal pot.The yogurt maker written instructions say it'll go up to 99 hours, I couldn't get it to go past twelve hours on the yogurt setting. Then per the recipe directions, I let it rest for twelve hours on the counter. I just turned off the machine, took the upper/outer plastic lid off, leaving the plastic ceiling lid tight on the metal pot and let it rest until I got up this morning.I wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out exactly like it was supposed to. The flavor reminded me of an old yogurt my mom used to eat that had the fruit at the bottom. It was tangy and light and needed sweet fruit to complement it.The recipe also suggested straining the yogurt to remove more of the liquid. As you can see in the photos, there is definitely more liquid there, even though I drained off what was in the pan before putting it in the plastic ware. The real question is, is the machine worth the price. It takes up space on the counter, I could not find any way to order the cups that it can use (that you can get if you get a different version of this), it has the four different categories on the screen but you don't really need any of that as long as you can control the temperature and the time. The button for setting the time and temperature is the same button as cancel and you can cancel what you were doing making you have to reset it if you push the cancel button thinking you’re hitting the setting button. The instructions that come with the machine are less than I would prefer, but it's understandable once you know what you're doing.I do like that I can set it and leave it and not need to keep checking up on it. But I could use a warm microwave or oven for the same thing, and get it off my counter. I don't think this is worth the price. I believe that there are probably better quality yogurt makers out there. Will I make my own yogurt again? I hope so, because it was so very easy! Will I use this yogurt maker to help me make the yogurt? It will depend on how easy the microwave/oven is to control. I would definitely look for one with better controls, but it did do what it was supposed to, even if the temperatures were off, I was able to get it where it needed to be.Price at time of order: $45.99Price at time of review: $45.99Made in:China

It works!
I’ve been thinking if this machine really works, and it does. At the beginning, it took me sometime to figure out the function and setup. Once I get all the functions, it’s not too hard to operate it. The yogurt tastes not like the ones I usually buy from the store.it’s like an original plain yogurt. The machine is light weight, and it’s easy to clean after. The quality is okay to me besides the plastic.

This Yogurt Maker Is a Total Game-Changer
Just used this twice and it’s already a kitchen staple! First time made classic yogurt with the preset mode—temp stayed rock-solid, and the 1.7-quart stainless pot gave me enough for days. The texture was so smooth, way better than my old machine that always overheated. Second time tried the rice wine mode for a probiotic batch at 38°C, 36 hours—came out perfectly tangy, no guesswork needed!
