When you join it, it comes apart. Very dissapointing. I shouldnt have to duct tape it. Not stable, for $70.00 it should work.

The connectors don't hold the rods securely. It was difficult trying to set them up as they would pull apart when I was trying to assemble them. After 1 day of use with a light weight sun shade, some of them came apart and the sun shade fell on the plants. I didn't use the green plastic clips that came with the set. I bought the Samhopo clips, which worked really well, and I would highly recommend those. The rods weren't very stable in the ground either. The wind would shift them around out of their positions. I had to use duck tape the ensure the rods would stay fastened. Moving forward, I think I'll make my own supports and use these rods to hold up tomatoes.

Practical and useful to keep netting over tender greens as protection from sun scald and insects. However, with temperatures above 85/90°, the metal connectors heat up and the rods snap. I would buy something sturdier in the future as high heat days are common where I live.
