I purchased the Boult Audio Z40 earbuds a couple of months ago, initially impressed by their promises of quality and durability. Sadly, within just two months, the right earbud completely stopped working. I thought, “No worries, this is what warranties are for!” However, my experience with Boult’s warranty process has been nothing short of frustrating and misleading. When I tried to initiate a warranty claim, I was directed to a page with a link to a YouTube video. This video then instructed me to click yet another link to supposedly "raise a complaint." The twist? That link led me right back to the original page, creating an endless loop with no way to actually submit a claim. It felt like an intentional runaround, wasting my time and leaving me with a defective product and no way to resolve the issue. Instead of a transparent process for customers, Boult’s warranty claim appears designed to deter you from actually using it. After numerous attempts, I’ve concluded that the warranty process is either severely broken or intentionally deceptive. At no point was I given a straightforward option to send the product back for a replacement or repair. Bottom line: The Boult Audio Z40 may look good on the surface, but with such poor product quality and a warranty process that feels like a scam, I can’t recommend it. If you’re considering this product, I urge you to think twice, especially if you expect reliable customer support.

I recently purchased the Boult Audio Z40 Gaming In-Ear Earbuds and couldn't be happier with my choice! Design: The sleek and modern design of these earbuds is truly impressive. They not only look great but also feel very comfortable during extended gaming sessions. The earbuds fit securely in the ears, which is a big plus for me as I often have trouble finding earbuds that stay in place. Sturdiness: The build quality is top-notch. The materials used feel durable and premium, giving me confidence that these earbuds will last a long time. I've accidentally dropped them a couple of times, but they still work perfectly fine without any signs of damage. Performance: The dual device pairing feature is incredibly convenient, allowing me to switch between my phone and gaming console seamlessly. With 60 hours of playtime, I don't have to worry about constantly recharging them. The sound quality is excellent, with clear audio and deep bass that enhances the gaming experience. The built-in app provides additional customization options, which is a nice touch.

It's a nice earphone. Each charge on the earbud last for quite long time. Pairs quickly and I use to pair with my two phones and it works very nicely. Sound quality is very nice and it's on par with Boat. With the app in hand you can set equalizer in the app which I have not seen in any other earbud at this price range, so that's a huge plus. Esthetic wise it look very nice with the rgb and see through cover. The plastic case quality is a bit lacking from my opinion and it's a bit trick to open with one hand (specially when your in a hurry). I'm a but disappointed on the fact that the earbud does gets disconnected occasionally which I though with the latest Bluetooth driver this will not have such issue. If they can push an update for this issue through the app.
