I complained to Zephyrhills regarding plastic defects near the mouth of the bottles back in October 2018. Since then the problem has just gotten worse. Pieces range from thin/wispy plastic to sharp/hard & areas where plastic looks like razor has been taken to it. We've been buying the large multi-packs and in each pack, half to 3/4 of the bottles have these random issues that I've attached pictures of. I have complained again (especially after being poked in the lip with sharp hard plastic as you can see in one of the pics) and sent them the attached pics plus lot codes. They sent me a retrieval kit to get some of the bottles back (along with 2 coupons as if that makes up for months of these experiences) and then they said they'll get back to me in 6 WEEKS after they get the samples back. # 1 they could probably go to any pack in their warehouse and find all the samples they want. And # 2, such a safety hazard where plastic could potentially come loose and get ingested should be dealt with IMMEDIATELY and the pictures I sent should be more than sufficient to do something about it right away. I'm now looking for another brand to buy and Zephyrhills lost a loyal customer.
