We are a health conscious household so I did a lot of "homework/research/3rd party testing" on a daily vit/min tablet and Mega was the outcome. While we are diligent in our daily diet, and occasionally go offsides with French fries lol, taking the Mega pro ides "peace of mind" that anything missing from the diet is being covered by Mega. It may be a placebo effect (how do we really know if we feel better or not?) but it is on our Subscribe & Save list.

Great vitamins. You want a vitamin that is easy on the stomach, no after taste and gives you the feeling of well being. You can’t go wrong. I started my 86 year old mother on them. I like taking 1 pill vs 2 or more in some cases. Try them for yourself.

I have a hard time finding vitamins that do not contain megadoses of B-12. This one is one of the few, and I can take it without an allergic reaction. I like that is made from whole food.
