Q: Are there only three separate settings on the water flossing aspect for psi pressures? if so, what are the three settings?

The flosser side has three settings and brush has three too! As pressure for flossing it will be 100% power, 70% and 60% as strong, gentle and mild clean. Thanks! Jetpik team

Q: Is the lever to adjust the 3 way power level on the back of the handle?

For latest version(Rev4) you just use the on/off button to adjust it! Press once is on and highest and 2nd quick press will be middle and 3rd quick press will be low. Fourth press will turn it off. You can also turn it off at any time by press and hold the on/off button for 0.5 seconds. Henry Jetpik team

Q: How long is the warranty. The battery has failed on mine. I purchased this in December 2019.

Warranty is two years from the date of your purchase. Just email your receipt with order number and seller information with pictures of the serial number to sales@jetpik.com and it will be taking care of! Jetpik team
