Q1: What are the benefits of using a weighted vest during exercise?

A1: Incorporating a weighted vest adds resistance to intensify your workout, leading to improved strength and endurance.

Q2: How do I choose the right weight for my weighted vest?

A2: We recommend referring to our weight and chest size chart to start with a weight that challenges you without compromising your form. Gradually increase the weight as you progress.

Q3: Any tips for beginners using a weighted vest?

A3: Beginners should begin with lighter weights to adjust gradually. Focus on maintaining correct posture, listening to your body's cues, and avoiding overexertion.
