TrueFit Grass-Fed Whey Protein Powder with Fiber for Meal Replacement Shake

I’ve tried quite a few protein powders over the years, and this one has quickly become a staple for me. I like that it uses grass fed whey and includes added fiber and prebiotics, so it feels a little more balanced than your typical protein shake. My favorite way to use it is in my iced coffee. It blends in really well and gives the coffee a creamy texture with just a hint of cinnamon flavor that makes it feel like a treat instead of something “healthy.” It’s been a really easy way for me to get in extra protein without changing my routine too much. I also love adding it to berry smoothies with greek yogurt... it gives the whole thing a subtle cheesecake-like flavor that’s honestly so good. It makes the smoothie feel more filling and a lot more satisfying. Overall, it mixes well, tastes great, and doesn’t have that overly artificial aftertaste that some protein powders do. If you’re looking for something versatile that you can use beyond just a basic shake, this one is definitely worth trying.

There’s a reason why I subscribed to this purchase. The quality of this protein powder is the best I have found. The fact that it is high fiber, grass fed whey, packed with all kinds of goodness, including probiotics makes it the choice for me every time. On top of that, it taste amazing. Let me know. I hate protein powder. I’ve been on a GLP one journey for almost 2 years. I’ve tried dozens of protein powders, and I have hated them all. But this one is different. It tastes amazing. I don’t have to hide it in other things although I do all the time. I can just drink it as a protein shake. It also comes in chocolate, but I’ll be honest. I have not tried the chocolate. I found something I like and I’m sticking with it. Encourage you to look at the ingredients thoroughly and check them against other ingredients. Note that this is not sweetened with artificial sweeteners and it doesn’t have all the other crap in it. The other other ones do.

Best flavor of any other protein powder.

Mixes well but it's really sweet. I like to make high protein desserts with it but I'm not crazy about it as a protein shake. It has more of a cake batter flavor over vanilla. All in all its good, didn't make me feel bloated, love that it has some fiber in it. If you like sweet protein shakes, this baby is for you!!!

The best protein powder. Excellent taste excellent price. The consistency and texture is wonderful. This does not taste like most protein powders. This one has a good flavor that’s easy to drink.

I like how it make me feel. Flavor is ok, not much of a vanilla taste. The servings for the price have been challenging. Wish they had more servings to last close to a month versus only 20 days.

I really like this protein powder. I was skeptical at first to use water as my base and started out using milk but then decided to try it with water and wow it tastes good. I didn't need the extra calories from the milk so I'm very happy I like this with water. I find that if I drink this before my morning coffee I am less hungry but also feel like I have more energy. I highly recommend and can't wait to try other flavors.

This protein powder is INCREDIBLE!!!! I’m very weird about textures and flavors and I bought the vanilla one after watching my favorite fitness influencer Shay and omg I was not disappointed!! It is pretty thin, no clumps and the consistency is out of this world! The texture is super smooth in a protein shake and not gritty or chalky what so ever! The taste is soooo good too. I have ibs so it’s been really hard to find a protein shake that agrees with my tummy but this one hits it out of the park! Tastes great, mixes very well in anything and isn’t harsh on my stomach!! I was very skeptical but I’ve been mixing it with coconut milk/ almond milk in the mornings and I’ve been mixing it in my Greek yogurt and sugar free cool whip for the extra kick of protein! 12/10 highly recommend this protein

I was drawn to try Truefit because of the excellent high quality ingredients, like grass fed whey & real fruits & veggies, also love that there's probiotics... it fully dissolves very easily, & the flavour is good, although it's too sweet for me (I find all protein/meal-replacement powders are heavily over-sweetened) - I'd love if they made a 'half-sweet' version of the vanilla, or an unsweetened one that I could mix half & half with my regular vanilla. I really like that it's more than just protein powder, I think it's the fibre that really helps keep me full all day. Especially for the price, RSP does an incredible job of making high quality, good tasting meal-replacement shakes - I highly recommend!

I have never had a protein powder as nice as this one. I mix mine with fruit, coconut milk, and ice, and it tastes like a milkshake!
