Awesome camera . I had to return some cameras. Used the money on two of these plus the tapo doorcamera. It works great I don't need to set up my modem to 2.4 ghz it connected perfectly. I have two of these for my Barbershop with 128 gig memory sd card. I don't need to subscribe. And it rotates . The camera is clear even during the night. I do suggest have some light on in the area for better night recording. Great for the value. Also both of these were used from Amazon.

This camera has such a sensitive microphone that I have to turn it down! Better too loud than the opposite. So far I like it a lot . Too bad there isn't a design that you can plug the camera into a reader vs having to fish out the micro card with my big fingers. So far so good. Easy set up & adjustments. I'm still getting those blank video's that suck up memory so I unplug it until I'm ready to use it. This cam on privacy literally tucks it's lens below so it's not visible. Love the ability to program times to record motion, great night vision, connectivity & motion detection. I really like the camera following motion as I am using it for paranormal surveillance.

Camera works great. Sharp clear picture and nice functional app. Occasionally falsely activated on person detection but found that the line crossing seems to work better for detecting motion.

Easy to install. Modern look. Great picture. What else could you want!!

We bought a few of these as our old cameras were not giving us the clarity I wanted. These are really great. They are super clear and I am able to pivot them which is great. The price was great and I have peace of mind being able to see all angles around my house.

Using it as security camera from inside thru the windows looking out using 1TB micro SD card recording motion in loop. Not as bright and not as color sharp as my 2K C120's but still good enough. looking at license plate of cars parked next door to me, I do not see it any better than the C120 which is not what I expected with higher resolution but otherwise it is sharper than C120.

It’s almost too easy to install and set up Tapo devices. This indoor camera is so easy to set up and is especially useful for times you want to move the camera to a different spot. All you have to do is move it to wherever you need it, then plug in the little usb charging cable to the wall wart transformer and bingo! The camera works great and it has darn good audio to go with the 4K video. Great stuff this Tapo!

Phenomenal product with clarity and sensitivity with dialed in choices. However, after that free 30 day cloud storage and installing the spec required SD card, this cameras quality is no better than the tapo 2k 4mp cameras I already had. I am 7 days outside my return window with Amazon, so I played the game calling Tapo via amazon supports link. I spoke with 1 male initially, overseas obviously. Asked me a few specific questions, including my internet provider which I declined due to some info isn't pertinent. Got no where other than the foreign agent trying to talk over me rather than listen to my disappointment while requesting a refund. I ended up closing the call with Tapo, while the representative told me refunds are not possible. 2 min later I get a call from "Mary", another foreign supervisor, expecting me to spend another 20 min going over the "app programming/sensitivity" as I kept trying to get the 2 Tapo affiliates, the settings have not changed since I found the balance of video quality/sensitivity I had set around 2 weeks in with the free 30 day tapo storage. After the 30 day free, quality dropped down to 2k 4mp quality, just like the old pair of cameras from tapo I already had. Stay away from this brand unless you are open to paying for their cloud storage!

Easy to setup. Takes only a few minutes and you are up and running. Nice Stable Camera Base that stays put when Security Camera is using Pan/Tilt Camera delivers a 4K and 8MP Colour Image with Crisp Sharp Resolution and the Night Mode Black/White/Grayscale offers the same incredible Crisp Image Quality. Pan/Tilt works great, ambient sound pickup from the Camera Microphone and Voice options are very good as well. It is for indoor use only, though I have the Security Camera pointed outside via my front window and it works for my outdoor front sidewalk/Front Entrance Security Camera very well. You need clean windows and no direct lighting on the windows to reflect too brightly for the Camera to see a good outdoor image, though it is the same issue the human eye has when looking out a dirty or brightly reflected window. I Can select to take pictures or to take video and save right to my phone Can also use a Memory card installed directly into the Security Camera itself to record, or can use the Manufacturer's (Tapo) Cloud services for a reasonable monthly subscription. Great High Quality Product with great operating software/App

I got this one because we do not have a 2.4ghz WiFi which all my other Tapo cameras require. Problem solved!
