This was the Japanese hair straightening kit that i have used in past, and seems very similar or identical to what hair salons use. It has the very strong odor that is associated with the product and the steps of the process takes a considerable amount of time and patience, but it works perfectly and was well worth it for me. I would definitely buy again whenever I want to straight perm my hair.

The instructions could be better. This is the real deal though- if you do this wrong your hair will fall out.
