Constantine

Part of my review is about the bluray disk and case. Shippers can treat these carelessly, but mine arrived in good condition and it is a good quality disk. The bonus features work and includes several options such as deleted scenes and the making of the movie which includes discussion of the transition from the comic book character to Keanu's version. As for the movie, Keanu does an excellent job as Constantine. Special effects are quite good and all of the actors did a great job in my opinion. The story line is heavily Catholic-based so that might be a put-off to some. I don't mind it and enjoyed the movie as a great story.

Love this movie! It's all about the supernatural. There is more demonic presence out there, than what people realize. I love how faith was the winner when confronting evil.

If you ever wanted to see Keanu Reeves chain-smoke his way through the apocalypse while arguing with angels and demons like it’s just another Tuesday, Constantine is your movie. But the real star? Peter Stormare as Lucifer. Forget fire and brimstone — he strolls in barefoot, dripping tar, and sounding like he just stepped out of the Mercenaries Xbox game to personally repossess your soul. His performance is greasy, terrifying, and weirdly charming — like the devil you’d actually believe could trick you into signing a contract. Bottom line: Come for Keanu, stay for Stormare stealing the whole movie in five minutes flat. Would sell my soul for a sequel.

A great classic

It works. I like the film and there isn't too many special things going on with this edition. Worth the $.

I love this movie, it's just not the very best of anything, so 4-stars, not five. I mean, c'mon, Tilda is vamping, Keanu is smoldering (sometimes figuratively!), Rachel is always great. Good stuff.

It's violent, which is commonplace these days. It is well-acted, tightly plotted, and thought-provoking - with each scene an unexpected plot-twist - and well-executed. All of which are rare these days. It is imo far better than the graphic novels and the TV adaptation.

My first tattoos were the tattoos Constantine wears on his arms. I call them my charms. This movie is incredible. Dealing with issues of heaven and hell it really depicts the devil perfectly. I might watch it again today.
