As far as the cinnamon flavour goes, they're not spicy hot like you'd expect, but mild & very tasty!

Love these
These are too addicting. Don’t eat too many or the sugar alcohol will hurt your stomach. The first ones I ordered were in the tins and were easy to chew but the ones in the packets are very hard so they last longer in your mouth. They are really strong when you chew them, that’s the way I like them.

Tastes like cinnamon
It tastes like how freshly ground cinnamon smells. It's not overpowering. I think I expected more of a sugar coated Hot Tamales taste. I like that the first ingredient that I taste is natural cinnamon and not sugar. I love that Pur Mints is vegan and I'm looking forward to trying the other flavours.

Taste and efficacy
I like these. I had imagined over salvation happening but it isn't like that. It just takes the dryness of my mouth away. It's perfect. I don't find them overly spicy. I find them to have a nice cinnamon flavor. My dental hygenist encouraged me to get something bc my mouth is very very dry from medication and affecting my dental health. I love the container and perfect for my purse or even my jeans pocket. It's a good value and I will buy more. I'm not sure it's advisable but I may try these between my gums and cheek at night.
