I generally don't have the best of bowel movements with it normal for a few days to pass in between sittings. I thought maybe this tea might help kick things off after a particularly delayed session. The tea tastes bad, I'm not going to lie about that (or maybe, it tasted bad to me because I'm not a tea drinker). About half an hour later, the noises coming from the depths of my bowel. The rumbling and stirring. It was like something out of a horror movie. After suffering through these noises and stirrings for a few hours, it passed. And the next day, I lost a good 3kg. I highly recommend. Especially if you want to establish your dominance and scare people away from you.

Very happy with my first experience with this tea! I recently started struggling with regular bowel movements after starting up a medication again. I've previously tried Dulcolax and Metamucil without much success, and if you're reading this, then you probably know just how uncomfortable and downright miserable it feels to be backed up. I followed the directions exactly: one tea bag steeped in 10 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes, no more and no less. I added a little honey and lemon, and the taste was actually really pleasant. I can't speak to how it tastes plain since I haven't tried it without them. I drank it around 6:45 PM, went about my evening as usual, drank plenty of water, and slept like a baby. No cramping, uncomfortable urgency, or middle-of-the-night surprises. The next morning I had my usual cup of coffee, which doesn't affect my bowel movements at all, and around 10:45 AM, success! Everything was smooth, quick, and painless with no mess or discomfort. It didn't feel harsh or dramatic at all for me, which I really appreciated. Of course, everyone's body can respond differently, so I'd follow the directions carefully and see how it works for you. For me, this was such a pleasant surprise after other options hadn't helped.
