Love these capsules. They give me energy, Have not sern change in lab work b/c I haven’t seen a Dr. yet. Started eith one for tei weeks and increased to one in morning and one at night. I took it for a few days but then I had to stop for histamine reasons. Going to go back to taking it but I believe this is going to be a good product and well worth the money!

This is an excellent product at a reasonable price!

I have been taking beet root for about 6 months now and for me, I can see a difference in my blood pressure. My blood pressure from 119/66 - 135/82 with one 145 slips in. my doctor is happy with it, NO meds. I have had no side effects. I take 2 capsules in the morning and I will stay on them as long as I need to. They are easy to take, I have not seen any sleep problems. They do kind of taste like dirt but, I don't breath when swallowing them.
