Best Customer Support and superior products.
The customer service with this company is AMAZING! My burner had a flaw and malfunctioned after about 45 days. I sent an email and received a response in less than 24 hours offering a replacement. That replacement was at my door the very next day! This company has my full support. Every product I have purchased from them has been superior. This little stove packs some major heating power. My large cubes FULLY light in the same amount of time I can pack the sisha. I highly recommend this company.

Je l'ai reçu le lendemain. Il fonctionne à merveille. 5 min et mon charbon est rouge. C'est très sécuritaire. J'adore ça. J'ai toujours pas trouvé à quoi sert la tige de métale qui est attachée avec la pince à charbon. Je l'utilise pour déplacer le charbon pendant qu'il se fait cuire. Je recommande vivement. 👍🤩

waste of money
It only worked for 46 days. At first it was strong and working well, but after about a week it started getting weaker and weaker until day 46, when it completely stopped working. Honestly, buying this device ended up being a waste of money for me. I don’t really have anything else to add, aside from how disappointing the experience has been.
