Should you go up or down if you are a half size?

100% go up. I'm a half size and I went down and it wasn't comfortable. Once I sized up they were much better

If I'm a 6.5, should I get a 6 or 7?

I say definitely size up to the 7. The run a little small so the 7 will be better
