I will be powering this ac unit with a generator. What are the exact power requirements? Wattage and or amps. Voltage is given 110ac.

According to the description this unit uses 1500 watts. That's 14 amps at 110 AC. While it MAY be possible to run it on a 14 gauge wire, 15 Amp circuit, National Building Code in the United States will require it to be on a 12 gauge wire, 20 Amp circuit. They require that in order to prevent the wire from over heating and possibly starting a fire. BTW, it is recommended that you put it on its own circuit.

What is the warranty period?

Hello and thank you for your question in regards to the COSTWAY mini spilt ac unit. The warranty is 8 years on parts replacement and 8 years on compressor.

Could the outside unit be used in a space for a wall through AC? I understand it needs lots of air circulating. Is it that unit loud?

It’s whisper quite when I first turned ours on I kept checking to see it was running it’s that quiet

What size batterys does the remote use n how many does it take n do they come with it

AAA batteries and yes it does come with batteries.
