So my husband put up an Intex pool this year. And the ladder was extremely tall and narrow. Good for people that are normal, but I’m disabled. I have problems walking unless I’m holding onto something and I do have to hold the railing when I go upstairs. When he put these stairs in the pool, it was mind blowing! They look absolutely amazing. They actually make the pool look better ha ha even though there’s nothing wrong with the pool, they are extremely sturdy. They are wide enough so that I don’t have to worry about foot placement when going up. It has a I’ll call it a little landing on the top so that you can stand at the top of the stairs, but you can also take a couple steps forward to stand on the top of the stairs to go into the pool geez, I hope that makes sense. They seem to be exceptionally durable. I think they’re gonna last a very long time. They don’t wobble they don’t slide around. They are by far better than I could have ever wanted. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family and those in search of better stairs for their pool!!!! I will update with the picture as soon as everything is complete.

Total crap , the front steps do not match the the steps going in the pool, they are two different models, NOT DESIGNED TO FIT TOGETHER, they come in separate shipping boxes, one has good instructions for assembly the other has the worst possible instructions I’ve ever seen basically it was like having no instructions ! And neither one or the other offers any information on how to attach the inside set to the outside set , these two items should never have been sold as a set at all !

Not worth the money. Hand rails very flimsy. The inside and outside don’t line up. Easy to assemble but not the most stable. Would not buy again

This ladder is well worth the money. It is so much sturdier then the ladders that come with the pools, also the safety feature on it is great. You can slide a cover over the ladder and lock it. Great for my small grandchildren

Our daughter bought this for our pool because the one that came with it was so unstable. It is strong and sturdy. The instructions are not as clear as I would have liked and were a bit confusing, but we figured it out. The side that goes in the pool needs to be filled with sand to weigh it down so it won’t float. We did that and maybe we didn’t put enough because it wouldn’t stay on the bottom, so we bought two pool ladder sand bags that did the trick. Only 12 dollars more. The two sides don’t line up like you would think they do, but we got it to stay in place and now it is very sturdy. The gate slides up and down easily if you cut the end off where the arrows are pointing at each other. It also loads from the back of the ladder that is on the outside of the pool, so don’t put the two sides together until you load it into the runners. I think the poo ladder is great. I feel safe (I’m 70) and I feel like our grandchildren will be safe on it.

Replaced external ladder that was attached to internal wedding steps. So much easier to enter pool! Easy assembly once you figure out which set of instructions to follow.

Easy to put together. However, the paper instructions are hard to follow; had to watch the video a number of times. Once installed it is a very sturdy system.
