Before buying, I came across quite a few reviews mentioning lock-related issues, so I was a little skeptical. However, after using both the 56 cm and 66 cm bags, I haven’t faced any lock problems at all. The locks have worked smoothly and reliably so far. The bags themselves are lightweight, spacious, and easy to handle. Storage capacity is excellent, and the colour looks even better in person. What impressed me the most was Safari’s customer service. I had a zip issue with the smaller bag and contacted their support team. Since the exact replacement was unavailable, they proactively offered an alternative bag instead. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, which speaks highly of the brand’s after-sales support. Good product, good service and a company that stands behind its warranty. A solid recommendation from my side.

Not a good product. Cracked from near the wheels. Safari denyed gurantee as gurantee card given by Amazon invalid. Almost 4 months. Issue has been raised but no solution yet. Don't buy from Amazon. They even denyed assurance given by their executive in written via mail that either new product or refund will be initiated. But later denyed. Not a very trust worthy company. Take care

The password after I setup for the first time , never changed. Somehow I put the same password it’s not working anymore. Couldn’t open

All size bags are received in good condition. Quality is Value for money. Light weight but strong bags.

A bit costlier and wheel should be of rubber not hard plastic except that built is okay
