My dehumidifier came without a tank cover. I contacted the company by phone with little success. The service email received immediate attention, and the new part was sent. The dehumidifier, however, did not remove water. The company again responded with a test that we performed and sent as a video. They immediately sent a replacement dehumidifier, which is working well. I can’t say enough about the effective and efficient service I received from the company. I am hoping the dehumidifier gives me years of quality service.

Works well although it is definitely not quiet. The bucket is quite small but sufficient. personally I like the brand. I would however buy one that held more water.

Lo compramos para un depa con demasiada humedad, a las 5 hrs ya se sentía menos pesado el aire de la habitación, para el siguiente día, ya había estabilizado el ambiente, absorbe buena agua. Actualmente llevamos más de un mes de uso y la habitación incluso se siente calientita, la verdad lo recomiendo.

4/20/26 Update: One of the dehumidifiers started leaking - badly. I woke up one morning and my floor was covered in water as it never shut off when it got full, and I tried for over a week to figure out the problem myself. I finally took off the back and the coils would ice over within 5 mins - so I knew it was beyond a DIY repair. Contacted HOGARLABS and was told they had a 2 year warranty (I purchased Sept 2024) and they sent me a detailed list of some photos and videos they needed. I sent it all over to them and without hesitation they replaced with a brand new unit! Shipped to my new house at no cost to me. The customer service was friendly, fast and super helpful. For this thing alone - I'm a customer for life with them. The other one is still pumping great at 18 months in, and the new one works like a charm. ------------------------------------------------------------------- I did a ton of research before deciding on this dehumidifier, and I’m so glad I chose this one! From the moment I set it up, it has worked flawlessly. I followed the recommendation to let it sit before turning it on, and setup was incredibly easy. I opted to use the drain option, which makes maintenance effortless—no need to constantly empty the water tank. I have two of these units covering a 2,200 sq. ft. area, and they perform amazingly well. They pull moisture from the air quickly, making the space feel much more comfortable. The difference in humidity levels is noticeable, and the air quality has improved significantly. One of the best features is how quiet it is. Even though it’s running efficiently in the background, it doesn’t create much noise, which is a huge plus. Whether you're using it in a basement, large room, or anywhere else that needs humidity control, this dehumidifier is up to the task. Overall, I highly recommend it. This item worked for a year and a few months but stopped dehumidifying so longer any good . It did work well for the short time. Update - Hogarlabs reached out to me right away to help solve the problem. They had me send a video to show the errors. It has a 2 year warranty and they are sending me a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they handled the problem. Would definitely recommend the company. It is a good dehumidifier and does a good job. We use the drainage tube so we never have to empty the bucket. It is very quiet also.
