You need to wait 1 minute between readings!
I think that one the reasons people may feel that the scale is accurate is due to the repetivity of results. Weigh yourself two or more times in a row and you'll get identical results. However, this is not an indication of accuracy. It's just how the scale works. IT WILL REGISTER THE SAME WEIGHT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU HOP ON AND OFF. That is, until it's memory clears - which takes at least one minute.IF YOU WAIT AT LEAST ONE MINUTE BETWEEN SUCCESSIVE READINGS, readings will vary a bit. I took a sample of 10 such readings. Results: 3 @ 165.4 lbs., 5 @ 165.6 lbs., and 2 @ 165.8 lbs. This gives you some idea of the device's precision. As far as accuracy is concerned, my only other scale is a 12-year old Omron HBF-400 scale. On that scale, my weight is 164.8 lbs - a difference of about 0.8 pounds. I'm not sure which scale is more accurate, but the fact that the difference is less than a pound is reassuring. For my purposes, precision (consistent readings) is more important than absolute accuracy. So, I'd rate this scale as "adequate" or "satisfactory".=============================================Other comments:1. I was surprised by how sensitive the scale is to surfaces. The difference between my bathroom floor and the wooden hallway was 0.4 pounds! And my bathroom floor has the thinnest of carpets. (By comparison, my OMRON HBF-400 shows no difference between the bathroom floor and wooden hallway.)2. I purchased the white model because the digital display seemed to be brighter in the advertised pictures. I'm happy with my choice. The display is indeed quite bright and easily readable under a variety of lighting conditions.3. The scale is surprisingly thin. It measures 11-3/4" x 11-3/4" x 1". It looks as svelte as I hope to be someday (metaphorically speaking)!4. The FeelFit app is easy to use. Connects almost instantly to the scale. Wish it could export data, but at least it syncs with Google Fit. From Google Fit, I should be able to manipulate data - perhaps through the help of FitnessSyncer. (Not sure about that, still working on it.)5. Functions. I checked the BMI and it was correctly calculated. The per cent body fat was one per cent different than my old OMRON scale, but I don't place any reliability in either one's measurements. The BMR calculation seemed a trifle low based on the models I use, but that's better than being too high. Not to mention, BMR is just a guesstimate. The Body Water, Skeletal Muscle, Fat-free Body Weight, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Muscle Mass, Bone mass, Protein, and Metabolic Age functions are all hocus-pocus gibberish as far as I'm concerned. Not only do I have no means of verifying the measurements, I have no skill-set in using the data. They have no value to me.6. Materials and Workmanship. The flat glass weighing surface is chamfered along the edges. Fine score lines are visible from the grinding process - nearly invisible unless you're looking for them. It's "good enough" to do the job. (American products would probably have a polished rounded Corning glass edge to them. A bit more refined IMO.) The 4 metal sensor plates fit almost flat on top of the glass surface and appear to be of excellent quality. The under carriage, housing the "guts" of the scale, is made of plastic. It seems reasonably thick and fit & finish is good. Overall, the product seems to be well made. The only niggly complaint I have is the cheap batteries, but that's easily remedied with a new set of Duracells.7. Product Packaging. I don't usually include this as part of my review. However, many products made in China are shipped in the most slipshod containers. The REDOVER scale came securely packaged in a well-made product box with foam inserts, contained inside of a cardboard shipping box.=============================================Rating:Originally, I was going to give this scale 3 stars because "average" is my assessment of its accuracy and precision. And that is what a scale is used for. However, the concept of "used for" includes utility, which touches upon ease of use and features. The FeelFit app is almost effortless to use, connects instantly. The display is bright and easy to read. And it comes with a plethora of features. The star rating should also reflect the price of the item. Value to a consumer is always in relation to price. For the price I paid ($24), I think this was a very good purchase. So, my final rating is upgraded to 4 stars.

Scale suddenly went crazy
I've had this scale for 2 years. It seemed to be quite accurate and consistent. Suddenly, on June 23rd 2022, the Feelfit app says I lost 9 lb of muscle literally overnight, and my body fat went from 12% to 18% overnight. This is of course biologically impossible. I've tried to contact Redover tech support, but they never respond. I am mystified.

Only good for weight not body composition
If you are looking for a scale to give you weight this is fine. If however you wish to monitor body fat or muscle mass, just look up the averages for your age, weight and height.I have had this scale for more than 2 years. I weight every morning and record the metrics in a spreadsheet. During those two years I have lost 3 inches off my waist and added considerable muscle to my upper body and legs. I lift 5 times per week and maintain a controlled calorie intake with high protein and low fat.I cycle purposely between 146 and 152 pounds cut and build cycle. If I compare the metrics from a year ago, at any given weight my body fat and muscle mass is exactly the same as it is as 1 year ago even though my body composition had changed considerably. The data it is reporting is averages based on a algorithm not from a biometric impedance reading. So if you are looking for a scale to monitor weight with other data derived from a chart fine. If however you wish to monitor body fat etc based on your nutrition macros and exercise level, this scale is not for you.

Accurate - 13 Vital Measurements - Great App
I already had 2 body fat scales prior to buying this one by REDOVER, but the first 2 just weren't doing the trick. The first one is an older model from Tanita that was okay back in the day, but is outdated and lacks the ability to track measurements using an app. The second from Vitagoods had an app for easy tracking, but unfortunately discontinued the app. And, since both scales show different body weights I have no idea which one is accurate. After some research I ordered this REDOVER model as I liked all the measurements it gathers, has a current app that has mostly good reviews, looks pretty sharp, and was fairly inexpensive.Set-up was easy, after scanning the QR code and downloading the free "Feelfit" app from the Apple App Store. When adding the app immediately recognized the scale without me having to mess with any Bluetooth settings on the phone, after adding some personal data to the app I was ready to go.When I first stepped on the scale I got a reading that was not consistent with my body weight and thought oh well, looks like this is going back. I then stepped on the scale again and got a true reading that matched the weight from my Vitagoods scale. I weighed myself several more times and the weights shown were all the same. Note: Only your weight is shown on the scale, the rest of the measurements are available on the app.I then opened the app which was on my phone in another room and the multiple weigh-ins immediately showed up. The app asked which was mine and once I clicked one the rest of the body measurements showed up.+Weight+BMI+Body Fat+Body Water+Skeletal Muscle+BM+Fat-free Body Weight+Subcutaneous Fat+Visceral Fat+Muscle Mass+Bone Mass+Protein+Metabolic AgeNote: You do not have to have your phone with you when weighing in, just step on the scale and it automatically turns on and measure all the items listed above. When you open the app and you are in range of the scale the app will gather all the store information. The Bluetooth on the scale is apparently activated when you step on the scale and tuns off after a time period. If you wait too long to pair the app will pair the next time you step on the scale and the Bluetooth is activated. The readings on the app were logically laid out and easy to read and understand. Clicking each reading gave me an explanation of the reading and standards to compare them too. The Feelfit app also has tracking tab that allows you to track each of these individual measurements over a time period (Week, Month, Year) showing the numeric readings and a line graph. The Feelfit app also works seamlessly with Apple Health, so the measurements show up automatically with no need for manual entry. So far I am extremely satisfied with the REDOVER Body-Fat Scale and the accompanying Feelfit app. It is super convenient to just step on the scale to get my measurements without having to push any buttons or try and remember them afterwards to add them to my fitness apps.I added two screenshots from the Feelfit below. You have to scroll down in the app to see all 13 measurements gathered, so the first picture only shows the top 6 measurements showing on the app main screen. The second screenshot shows one of the 13 measurements that you can track in the "Week" view.

Todo bien aunque la app no creo que de la sala mejores estimaciones cualitativas respecto al dato bruto.
