If you put you phone on vibrate and stuck it in your head that’s what this feels like. It actually hurts the bridge of your nose and is not comfortable at all. The Bluetooth is nice but sound quality is awful. There is no way you could sleep with this. Either your partner would be irritated by the noise or you would be in so much pain you would never drift off. Definitely not worth the money

The ibreo Rechargeable Lightweight Eye Care & Beauty Massager came with a 39" Type C USB charging cord, but no USB wall charger. A lighted ring around the power and control buttons pulses red while charging and turns green when complete. The initial charge was very quick. A muslin drawstring storage bag and a small 22 page user manual with a quick start guide were also included. The massager is heavier than a typical eye mask and the inside nubs are a bit hard, so getting the elastic head band properly adjusted is important for comfort. There are white silicone pads over the heating/cooling pads that need to be removed before use. All controls are done via just 2 buttons of the front of the eye massager. Quick presses of the Power button select the massage mode. Short presses of the Multifunction button sets the vibration level, while double-clicks set the heating and cooling modes. All settings have a female voice response stating the selected setting, which helps since the buttons cannot be seen while wearing the massager. The vibration nubs pulse individually and cycle in various patterns around the eye sockets and bridge of the nose. It is a very unique and relaxing feeling. It is not a sleep mask, although it does have a sleep (massage off) mode, because it does not completely block out external light. It is also a bit too heavy and rigid to be comfortable while sleeping. It is relaxing to use though. I enjoy the eye massage mode with high vibration and low cooling the best. My wife liked the massage part, but didn't care for either the heating or cooling.

Not worth the money. Eye cups are set too far back into unit so they never touch the eye lids and massage pattern was too underwhelming. They try to get too fancy I think

This mask is made with high-quality materials that gives it comfiness and softness that doesn’t cause any discomforts even when used for extended period of time. The massager fit nicely around my head giving it a snug fit without causing any unpleasantness. The massager has different vibration modes to choose from that either let me get a gentle massage that is relaxing or get a workout on my eyes. There are also various heating selections to choose from and all those can things can be done with the responsive buttons. This massager also has some cool features such as Bluetooth audio that I can stream music from my phone for some soothing and comforting music while enjoying my massage. I actually sleep quicker and longer when I have this massager on as it gives me total darkness while allowing me to push my skin against the cooling and softness of the mask. This mask is also great for traveling especially when being on a long flight as it helps me fall asleep where it’s usually a challenge for me to try and fall asleep.

This eye massager is very unique, I have used lots of eye massager but this is by far the most unique one yet. The heating and cooling are amazing and the massager does what it says and heats up and cools down quickly. The massage pattern is great and has a unique random pattern where the 12 different fingers all vibrate independently in different formations as if being choreographed. The controls are easy to understand and very intuitive and there is a voice that announces the different settings. The one big downside is that the massager is not curved enough it is too flat across for my face. YMMV I guess depending on the shape of your face but for me it's not a great fit. I have a really hard time adjusting the strap to make it feel comfortable. If only the fingers and eye cups protruded out a little more or if the thing was more dramatically curved it would be perfect. I have to adjust the strap to make it fit very tight to my face and the massager is very hard and it feels very uncomfortable when I do that. The only way I can get it to fit so that it's at least somewhat comfortable is to hold it to my face with my hand. You really have to put pressure on it to make the fingers come in contact with the face, so much so that it becomes uncomfortable because it's hard and doesn't flex at all. Another thing is that if you are using the high heat mode and then you urn it off then there are cooling fans that will run for a minute or more after it says it has turned off so you will need to wait till the fans stop running to put it back in its box to put it away. I works well if it fits your face and it is very high tech, futuristic, and premium looking and feeling and feels like a really well made device.

My sweet son bought this for me since I get migraines. Unfortunately, it didn't help me with mine. It made my migraine worse when I tried it. Of course that may not be the case for everyone. When I'm not having a migraine, it's pretty relaxing. I've mainly been using it to force myself to close my eyes and relax before bedtime. It's basically just a vibration pattern emitted from the little rubber nubs. The quality is very nice, feels substantial. It's unfortunate they didn't design it with some sort of adjustability. I read one review where it's just too tight and in my case it is too wide for my temporal area so the 2 nubs that touch the temporal area along the lateral part of my eyes doesn't make enough contact to really feel any sensation. Would have been nice if they had included changeable larger or smaller nubs that could be used based on how wide or narrow your face is. I do like the heat and cool options, both of which will have their purpose. I find the adjustable heat and cool gives me plenty of warmth or coolness depending on what I'm craving, despite the panel's not directly touching my skin. It does feel nice. Being so sturdy and substantial, it is a little bit heavy/bulky for the face. Anybody very sensitive to weight might have a problem with it. I don't mind lying on my back with it on my face for 10 minutes. So in a nutshell, I do get some enjoyment from it and it was a very thoughtful gift from my son but one should be aware that it is definitely not 1 size fits all and the "massage" is not what I would consider actual massage so much as vibration.

If you have a pacemaker don't buy this piece of equipment. There are many health restrictions associated with the use of this equipement. I would return this item but I missed the return date.

I had high hopes for this device. However, it didn’t work as had hoped. The device itself is well-made and cleverly designed. It can provide heat and cool plus massage to the eye area. My problem was the fit of the mask itself. I could not get it to be comfortable. I loosened the strap. I tightened the strap. I positioned the mask in various places over my eyes and it felt uncomfortable. And this was even before any cold or massage. When I turned on the massage function and the cold function, I thought it might lessen some of the discomfort that I felt. Not so, then I tried lying down so that it was just the weight of the mask itself above my eyes. That helped. But I could not sit upright and adjust the strap where it stayed on my face without it being uncomfortable. The massage function has several different levels and does massage around the eyes. I liked the cold function more than the heat. I do get migraines periodically and my hope was that this would help. For me, I don’t think it’s a solution. It might be for others. However, I tried this three different times in three different sessions and found it uncomfortable to use. Alas, not a solution for me. But it might be for others. As for the Bluetooth function, it did connect no problems with my mobile device and I was able to play soft music. That would be fine if the device helped me, but I’m afraid I won’t be using it.

Ich habe mir das Teil hauptsächlich geholt, um meine geschwollenen Augen zu beruhigen. Obwohl gerade Winter ist, nutze ich die Kühlfunktion vor dem Schlafengehen total gerne, weil es super entspannt. Schon ein paar Mal wollte ich eigentlich nur ein paar Minuten kühlen, aber es ist so angenehm, dass ich es einfach auf dem Kopf gelassen habe und eingeschlafen bin. Die Massageköpfe bewegen sich sehr sanft und drücken überhaupt nicht. Bisher habe ich nur das Kühlen ausprobiert, und das klappt echt hervorragend – dieses brennende Gefühl in den Augen nach einem langen Tag verschwindet sofort. Die Wärmefunktion habe ich noch nicht groß getestet, aber allein für das Kühlen hat es sich schon gelohnt. Mit dem aktuellen Rabatt ist es auch echt nicht mehr so teuer. Für Leute mit empfindlichen Augen ist das echt ein guter Deal.
