My maglites are requiring the 'bottom contact to be extended' - so how do I make this work?

Hi. No. it is not compatible with RL1019. It's a different serie. This lamps are for 3 Cell C and D series.

How long are these expected to last?

Junk. That's not fit. If you use the collar it comes with for the bulb it won't fit. If you use the original color it won't adjust the beam. And the bulb is barely even brighter than the original halogen bulb. Certainly not LED. Don't bother with this item

How many volts and amps is this bulb for.

I bought it for a Maglite that holds 3 D cell batteries. Easy to replace.
