I feel that when you're inserting something in your ears, you should know how to do it; i.e. how far to insert it without causing damage, how to clean it, what the extra part is used for, etc. But the only instructions were inn CHINESE!! For almost $30, this is a ripoff. I've had it about 6 weeks and am afraid to use it. Shame on Amazon for selling Chinese products. Aren't they making enough money already without adding inferior Chinese products??! Shouldn't it be mandatory to send instructions in ENGLISH?

this is a ear cleaner that rotates slow in the ear canal. so far not impressed, well build. will use it some more and review

Junk... take a word of advice do t out this in you're ear... the tip came off in my war canal and my wife had to use small tweezer to get it out .. told my Dr about and was very surprised a product Luke this even allowed to be for sale... but note this review is for the product not the seller I bought it from.

Shipping took forever to arrive. The nose is delicate enough for a human ear but the suction could improve by around 50%.

Terrible! No English on directions. Piece came lose and got stuck in my ear and had to have it removed by a nurse. Waste of money.
