Not very comfortable.
Bought it 6 years ago for med school, occassional usage throughout medschool, and daily usage during house surgeoncy, and my god the ear pieces just poke into your ear, I wasn't able to put it on for more than a minute at a time. they're just too tight.

Best at this price point.....but Extra Earpiece nd diaphragm was missing in mine.....nd please collect back the stethoscope...I genuinely don't want an extra stethoscope
