My almost 7 year old daughter loves her new bed! We got the full size bed so she can grow into it & we shouldn’t have to buy her a new bed again. It’s made out of metal & is super sturdy. I read some reviews that parts were missing in some people’s boxes but that wasn’t the case with us, everything was there. The instructions were clear about what to do and I was able to bounce around the instructions because of the size of my daughter’s room & the size of the bed made it to where I had to do certain sides out of order from the directions. We had plenty of hardware, extra actually in case we lost any. It took mostly me with my husbands help some (he has a bum knee so couldn’t help much) 3 1/2 to 4 hours to build. It would’ve taken less time if he wasn’t hurt. The size is perfect for what we needed. My daughter loves the convenience of the stairs. She’s not super confident in using a ladder so the stairs were perfect for her. It’s also super cute. All the little shelves under the stairs were so convenient for putting some of her things & under the bottom step was the perfect size for the drawers of an old Rubbermaid stand up storage bin. All her little things that come with Barbie’s go in them & all 3 drawers fit side by side. There’s also a shelf up on one side of the bed. It’s perfect for tissues & a little trash can, a water cup, and whatever other little things kids like to have by their bed. The lights under the bed DID NOT come with the bed. We purchased those separately so she could see while playing. I feel like the bed was well worth what we paid. I think the shipping fee was a little expensive but now that it’s together, I just look at it as if I spent a little over $200 for a really nice loft bed. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone looking for a loft bed for their kiddo.

Great product I put most of it together myself with a little help from my partner in the beginning,it’s time consuming to assemble but it was worth it,so much more space!also it supports alot of weight and I’m thin so I don’t have to go down the stairs sideways,I saw some people said that in the review,overall great product,no missing parts, and the instructions were pretty clear.Very happy with this.

Decent bed. Not too hard to put together. Sturdy. However, piece 18 was just too small and broke for me.

Great product! Sturdy, looks great, wasn't hard to install and instead of an office or a couch on the bottom, we put a queen size bed. Looks great, fits great

Our boys love their new loft setup for their bedroom! It has ample storage and it seems pretty sturdy. We love the wide stair like steps vs the other ladder models for the kids to climb up and down easier! So glad we purchased this to give us more space in their bedroom! It does take 2 people at least to assemble and some strength! There were a few times the directions were unclear and we had to rewind and undo what we did wrong which made the building process a tad bit longer but we did it after dinner one night so everyone was probably a little tired and not as clear headed trying to read through all the directions!

CAUTION do not buy from this company. If you get something and it ends up not being as hoped and you try and return said items, they will argue with you as well as screw you out of what you paid and stick with shipping & handling. I ordered this loft bed for my 8 year old granddaughter. We put it together for her, unfortunately she ended up not liking due to it being higher than she expected. The stair case is very narrow, and I would not trust the weight limit they approved.The poles used to slide into the two side rails have rubber pieces to help lock in but have fallen down inside the railing , making it not fit as it should. We immediately took it down and packed it back in the two boxes it came in, requesting a refund. Just one box will cost $266.00 to ship back. I am very unhappy and disgusted.

The quality of this loft bed is impressive. The stability is outstanding. It does not make any noise, It looks great! It fits any space that you would put in a twin bed. WE LOVE the stairs! The value is on point. No missing parts. Two of the parts are labeled incorrectly, for us it the smallest bolt, labeled as K when it is H and the hand rail # 26 was labeled as 25, but it was easy to figure out both situations because we already used the part 25 and the H is the smallest bolt. Also, very important to remember... when you get to the part where you put the mattress support bars in... put the bars in on one side and have it standing up as shown in the book, then lay the other side down flat and place the ends of the poles on top of the holes where they go in and slowly raise the side for an easy assembly. It is nice to have an additional shelf for added protection. We used a 9 inch thick twin mattress, it is a perfect fit. We used a ratchet style Allen wrench in two sizes for easier assembly and kept the bolts a little loose on the bed frame when putting the stairs together, then tightened down when all together. Don't forget to take breaks and give yourself 3-4 hours.

I am thoroughly impressed with this full-size loft bed with stairs and storage. I am recently widowed after 45 years of being loved and valued. Still grieving, I needed to change things around in order to move on with my new situation. I originally considered this loft bed as a guest bed with nook but instead, I decided to use it for myself in a different downstairs room. This bed seemed perfect, having looked at every other option I could find on Amazon and Google. The big plus of this loft bed are the sturdy stairs instead of a ladder. (My husband and I had climbed a ladder to get into our sleeping attic, and I don't want to do that anymore.) Of equal consideration, this loft bed had the highest weight capacity, with knee braces for more stability. The instructions, with a different diagram for each step, were excellent. However, due to a temporary brain freeze, I made a mistake and destroyed two pieces of hardware. Customer service was AMAZING! Jimmy, the customer rep, answered my inquiry very quickly and was patient and courteous. I felt that he bent over backwards to help me. The replacement parts came super-fast. Thanks, Jimmy! After that, the rest came together with no problem. Every part fit perfectly. This loft bed has exceeded my expectations. My new 8" mattress finally came, and I've slept like a baby on my new bed for three nights now and counting. There is just a small amount of creaking, not a problem. I feel very safe. The stairs are easy and safe to negotiate, even in the dark. My husband is probably quite amused in the afterlife, having supported all of my crazy ideas throughout our life together. I am 100% satisfied with this loft bed. Some thoughts: I was able to construct the bed without any help EXCEPT for that one step of flipping the bed from its side to vertical. It took my friend and me 3 minutes to do. You MUST read the instructions carefully, and you MUST understand what you are doing before you try to do it. Tighten all the screws again after you think you are done; that will help with the creaking. You MUST be careful going up and down the stairs; one slip and you could hurt yourself. I am 5'-6", 125 pounds, moderately agile & limber; if you are taller, heavier or stiffer, you may have a different experience.
