I have brought 5 dresses now from the Grace Karvin line. Well, let's just say this , I am expressed with the online quality in theses dresses. I am 230 at 5'6 and it looks as though, XL works best. I only needed to return one dress because 2X was too big. The only displeasing thing was when returning and repurchasing for a better fit. The dress priced increased. Resulting in me getting another style. 😞.. But the Bottom line is ... am pleased with the product. No see through or hard material. This dress gets a five for its fit, design and overall beauty, and like two for quality control. I can't sew this, I suck at fixing things like this.Must also say I love the pockets, right on the money.But wanted to throw this review up here: examine your purchases because this shoulder strap came torn this way in package.I've loved Grace Karin stuff ever since I snagged a deal at local Goodwill for a skirt, and this dress is absolutely a treat, but I'm returning it for replacement.Again, love this company, if I had one complaint lol, close the peekaboo hole, it's quite immodest.

Dress is amazing! Even though some have whiter background, it’s thick enough and not see through! Cannot wear a bra (strapless or otherwise) easy to dress up or down. I’ve worn to a baby shower and Mother’s Day but would also wear to a wedding. I will order in other colors.I’m 5’1” 135 pounds and ordered a medium. Very true to size. Floor length for me since I am short but easy to wear with sandals or heals.

Bought for my daughter. She loves it. Runs big! Could have sized down. We ended up keeping because we needed it for an event and didn’t have time to exchange but she got amazing feedback on the dress! Flows. Modest with a tank top under. And no slits! Great for tall gals. Washed well and hug dry. No iron!

Absolutely love this dress! Im 5'2, 195lbs and bust is 40D. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly! The length falls right at my ankles of I wear a wedge, I could easily wear flats and it still wont drag. Thw bust fits great and has alot of give due to the back being stretchy. Definitely ordering more!

Extremely flattering! Adjustable straps mean decent support up top. Usually maxi dresses are way too long on me, but this is just right. I'm 5'2" & the Large perfectly touches the ground. The pockets are an added bonus!

Ladies! THIS DRESS!!!!!! I truly cannot say enough about this dress! Since reviews rarely give all the details, let me say for reference, I am 5’2, 143 pounds, curvy, short waisted and I wear a 38C bra. I bought a medium. This is the MOST FLATTERING dress. The elastic in the waist is a perfect light cinch. The chest holds the girls up and in and I feel comfortable with not wearing a bra. The tie in the middle completely covers the open hole mentioned by others. I just left it long. This dress hits just above the floor on me. I could wear flats or heels. The material is silky and there is a slip sewn in that comes down above the knee. I cannot say enough about this dress. I’ve bought a few dresses of this brand and haven’t been disappointed, but this one, hands down, is the prettiest. I hope this review is detailed enough because it’s so frustrating when you get half of the details. I got the white/purple one. IMO it’s more of a dark pink than purple. Oh! And it has pockets and they aren’t obvious which is fabulous. This dress is simply gorgeous!! I will try to post photos too. Happy Shopping!!

The price of this dress is too high for the cheap material. It's not as light of a material as I would have thought it would be. The dress also smelled rancid upon opening it.Aside from these problems, the dress fits fine (after 2 washes getting the smell out). For reference, I am 5'3", about 140 pounds, with an hourglass figure. I ordered a size medium, and the dress just touches my toes. I like the pattern, and the overall fit of the dress is fine. I would return this dress, but I needed something quick for an impromptu bridal shower.The cost is too high for a mediocre quality dress. And for $50, you'd think you get a piece of clothing that doesn't smell.
