Secret Ingredient MUST HAVE
This yuzu is the absolute BEST!! A restaurant shared this secret ponzu ingredient with me and it has totally leveled up my home chef game. A little goes a long way. Highly recommend!!

Adds some punch
Use this for adding an acid punch to dishes. You can pretty much use it in anything you put lemon in. I've used it in salad dressings, sauces, places where you might use vinegar or lemon. Sometimes a shot of yuzu will bring a dish online and really boost the flavor. It is very strong. I cover the opening in the neck with my thumb and shake a few drops out onto the dish I'm preparing. It is easy to use too much. Taking a swig out of the bottle is not a good way to determine flavor. It turned my face inside out. Handy to have on hand.

Pretty good, but there's better! #2 of 4 yuzu juices compared
I've tried four different yuzu juices from Amazon, and I've had yuzu many times. In order of best to worst, Brand (id you can search by): Hikarishokuhin (B09TP39FXQ) LAUSAC (B07PDQ8VGT) Shirakiku (B09G4HXTGK) ใใซใช (B07SRRHVHG) This yuzu juice tastes pretty good, but there's also little particles in it. I prefer the first one on my list which costs around the same, or if you're looking for value, the Shirakiku is about the same quality as this one.
