Does it come with the empty tube? Or its just the screw on cap

It is just the screw in cap. The tube you use is the baby product you have. Each cap fits certain products. I have both sizes of these. They are great.

Has anyone used this with triple paste tube?

We've tested and verified it works great with Triple Paste & Triple Paste AF (antifungal)!

Does it work with Aquaphor Healing Cream?

Hello! This [orange] version is for everything except Aquaphor! We make a BLUE version that you can find by searching "Tush Swiper Aquaphor"
