I drink a cup of the White Mulberry tea before bed each night. I have noticed that my glucose number are lower each night I have a cup of tea. If I miss cup of tea, my glucose is higher through the night. I used to have a glucose reading above 180 over night. With the tea I am in the 130 range and have gone as low as 79.

I love this tea. It’s easy to drink. It has pleasant taste.. It’s easy to use in my single cup coffee maker. It also has some really good health benefits.

Purchased for its metabolic and cardivoscular boosting properties. Taste is herby/leafy as one might expect. You can combine it with another favorite tea for flavor, but it is quite enjoyable on its own. Drink before a meal for its GLP-1 properties. I tend to use 2 teabag to 12 oz water, and cool with a bit of ice after sleeping. I sweeten it with my homemade liquid Ace K / Sucralose sweetener.

This helps with blood sugar control. I mix it with hibiscus and my blood sugar comes down noticeably in short order. This works better than some of the more expensive products.

The tea is fine but the tea bags are made of plastic. I'm sure it's technically fine, but I'd rather have loose leaf than plastic tea bags.
