Bought a smaller insulated air bucket. Cought lot of shrimp and mullet for pier fishing. Only used dead ones . Died as fast as I used them. Saw this cooler on skipper Utube channel. 19 quart perfect size for my folding fishing cart. Love it. Will last so many years its cost doesn’t even count. Will be able to keep my bait alive all day fishing. Use it for the fish I catch too.

Awesome bait keeping cooler. Used it with around 100 minnows inside, nothing bad to report. Its worth its price with the lithium aerator. Not noisy at all and Im very pleased with my purchase!

I was apprehensive at first to spend $100 on a 7.5 quart, very compact, and portable live bait cooler with aerator, but man, was I glad that I did. They are extremely well insulated to keep fathead minnows cool and lively, plus roomy enough for up to 6 dozen. There are no more D cells to buy, as it comes with a top-of-the-line lithium USB-C rechargeable battery. Every 6-8 hours, I empty out the cooler, leaving the minnows safely inside the netting. Then I quickly pour in a gallon of chlorine-free water, half at room temperature and half at 32 degrees. 45-60 degrees is the optimum temperature, in my opinion, When you start fishing, add 1-2 dozen minnows into a submersible minnow bucket, to maintain a constant stream temperature and a supply of fresh water. On a cold day, constantly opening and closing the bait cooler won't raise the water temperature much. My only criticism is that it doesn't come with a built-in thermometer. Then it would be perfect.

Expensive but if you’re tired of wasting minnows like I am it’s worth it. A little noisy on highest setting. Might get a bigger stone for it but works fine.

This is the best bait cooler I’ve ever used. Well worth the money. I usually keep minnows overnight and in the summer it’s hard to keep them alive. This cooler keeps the water cold and lowers the bait loss.
