Mountain Valley Spring Water has a naturally high pH of 7.8. Its higher than other bottled waters. This is supposed to help acid reflux, for example, and reduce acidity in our bodies. It helps offset acidic diets. Mountain Valley has a natural excess of alkaline in order for our bodies to find the balance that we need. Its a great product I enjoy it and find myself healthier from drinking this exceptional water. Try it you'll love it!

The FDA has not really set an expiration date for bottled water. Mountain Valley has a two year expiration from the date of production as it adheres to state regulations. You can see the code dates as they are printed on every bottle.

Where is this sourced from

A remote valley of Ouachita, Mountains, U.S. on 2,000 acres of protected forest land is where the Spring is located and where this wonderful water becomes Mountain Valley Spring.
