I went looking for new healthy / paleo type snacks a few days ago after finding out that the cassava-based snacks I have been eating are not the best for my Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I decided to try this YES bar and I also ordered the Organic Real Food Bar (Carob Fig Hazelnut). Well the Organic Real Food Bar (Carob Fig Hazelnut) is pretty good, but taste-wise it's nothing special. However this YES bar really impressed me. It has a strong flavor but a pleasant one. Not too sweet but will definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. The YES bar is on the softer side which I like, as that means it is not too dry or dehydrated. This YES bar is a bit oily though and I do wish the saturated fat content were lower since I am not a keto person. But it is very satisfying and filling. Overall it is the best snack I've found in a few years. Right now I'm really enjoying the Salted Maple Pecan and I'm sure I will like a few other flavors once I try them. Update on Oct 24, 2022: I put the sampler pack on Subscribe and Save and got my first delivery. All flavors are very good but I was especially impressed by the Strawberry-Coconut (which is weird because it didn't sound exciting at all!). The taste is reminiscent of strawberry pop tarts, only better. I have not had a pop tart in decades because they are so unhealthy, but this flavor combines just the right amount of strawberry sweet and tart and has been the pick hit of the sampler pack. I just put in an order today for just the Strawberry-Coconut and will be reviewing them soon.

I decided to try the YES Bar in Salted Maple Pecan flavor, and it definitely delivers on taste. Overall, it’s a tasty treat if you’re okay with a bit of indulgence, but not the ideal choice for those strictly watching their calorie intake or looking for a higher protein snack.

These are SO good! I was given a sample of one of these during a store opening event and was instantly hooked! I recently lost about 30% of my body weight and have finally reached a number on the scale I haven't seen since my early 20's. These plant-based bars are the perfect healthy snack for getting rid of the hunger and helping me maintain my weight. The best part is, they are SO GOOD. I shared them with my sister and she's hooked now too! Yummy!!!

Delicious! Better than expected!

These are good...they do have a weird "smell", but the taste is good. I wish they had more protein. I was hoping they would be more filling. I wanted to substitute my morning protein bar with these, but it is just not filling enough for me. It's a nice snack though...or you could supplement it with a yogurt or fruit or something to be a meal. And they really are EXPENSIVE
