Great way to communicate with friends so easy.

The included programs don't work. The tow truck bit doesn't work. It doesn't work without Wi-Fi.

Mine did not come set to English as the default language so was a nightmare to set,but once set it works ok in online mode but not so good offline, some words were not translated correctly and it doesn’t pick up what was said sometimes, overall it’s ok but not as good as they say it is

AI Language Translation Earbuds device arrived well packed and in perfect condition.I’ve been using these earphones for a few weeks and I’m impressed with these earbuds. They are great for travelling, language learning or chatting online. These earphones are lightweight and comfortable. The sound quality is good but bear in mind that these are not noise cancelling. I can still hear my surroundings.I’m able to walk and run with these on without any issue. They charge quickly in the holder and battery life lasts well.They come with nice quality charge case and instructions leaflet.I was able to connect the earphones to my iPhone easily.I’m pleased with my these earbuds!

In principle, these are pretty good. If you're conversing with someone who speaks a different language, you each wear one (or, if it's a stranger, you can opt to have them speak into the phone instead, while you wear one of the earphones), then open the app and select the relevant language to get real-time translation.The app is called One-Click, and translates well, even when speaking at a normal pace. You don't even need to create an account or give any details at all to start using it. It's completely free to use the basic translation while connected to a network, but if you want to use more advanced features, such as translation from photos or videos, or to be able to use it while not connected to a network, there is a paid subscription for this.Unfortunately, I seem to be having an issue with these whereby the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, and I have to reconnect it from scratch. This isn't an issue with my phone as it doesn't happen with any other devices, so it must be an issue with the earphones. This is annoying, as they are otherwise a decent product with good audio.

This is an incredible device at great value. I love the look and they are comfortable too. They sit sturdy over my ears meaning I can run or exercise with them in. They work as usual earbuds do and they do that task well enough, but they also translate language using the app. This could be an invaluable tool when travelling. I haven’t been able to use it to its full potential yet but I have tried out the capabilities and it looks to be able to do exactly what it claims. It’s blown my mind!

I bought two of these one as a Xmas present and one for a birthday present, but neither were checked at the time but left till just before the holidays, when one was opened it was found to not work at all so a massive letdown for the holiday that it was supposed to be for, it wasn't a cheap one either but totally NO GOOD if it doesn't work, it wouldn't even charge and of course out of the 30 days refund policy the other one was fine but for separate holidays but a massive let down for one of the holidays I advise you to open immediately to make sure it works, being disabled in a foreign country is bad enough but to understand the language would have helped

Build quality is good, it feels strong, the screen is good quality and the buttons are responsive. It also comes with a silicon surround to help protect it if dropped etc. Size is good, smaller than a standard smart phone, but with a good clear easy to read screen, which is also touch sensitive.Its easy to use, with easy to understand buttons on and off screen.It takes a little time to boot up if previously shut down, but turns on quickly from sleep mode.I've been testing it over the past few days and find it very useful and generally accurate.Inputs are voice, camera or typed text. Its wireless and Bluetooth enabled.In tests I got it translating foreign languages from the TV and scanned in instructions. You set the two languages you want to translate between and then use the colour coded buttons to identify the source, swapping in my case between English and another language. Translation is quick with multiple output methods. For example take a photo of a menu and it will superimpose the translation on top.You do need to Identify the source language and unfortunately Welsh is not an option. However there is a distinction between English UK and English American. There are also a few non language features like World time and foreign exchange calculator.Overall the translator is impressive and seems to be good value, my only negative point is the sound/speaker which is a bit muffled.
