Although I eat fermented food from time to time, I decided to try a bigger variety of bacteria in a daily supplement. This product looked promising. It is natural, vegan, gluten free, with high CFU and a good blend of Bifido and Lacto bacteria and prebiotic. It is also manufactured in the USA which is a big factor when I buy my supplements. The effect so far is very good. My stomach and intestines are comfortable. I don’t feel bloated when I eat out and I sleep better. I’m satisfied with the purchase and recommend this product.

But expensive for few capsules.

I started taking this probiotic at 2 capsules at first to populate my systems and then switched to once daily to maintain the results. I have been having reoccurring problems with UTIs. I haven’t had any since I’ve started taking these pills. My digestion system is calm and regular and feel like my mood improved. I would definitely buy again.
