Is this mini figure size? Or micro figure size?

I can't put a name to it, but the figures are very small - 3/8" high at most -- from memory when my granddaughter showed them too me. It's about the building obviously, rather than the figures.

The value will increase over time yes, in 5 years I’m not sure. But the ones from when the movies first came out are worth quite a bit more today
