Just don’t like the taste. Bought the wrong one. I’m not sure if the company changed the flavor. It’s a good way to get vitamin d but I really dislike the taste now!I changed my review to reflect the great service of this company. They apologized and offered to refund my money but actually it was my mistake in ordering the unflavored one. I now first use the liquid b12 and then take the unflavored D3. No more yucky taste. I will be more careful placing future orders. This product always tested good for me using kinesiology. 😊

I recently purchased your B12 organic liquid spray and your Vitamin D3&K2 spray for my family. I couldn’t be more pleased with either. First, my children love their new supplements! They taste good, they are easy to administer (brilliant idea about the spray- easy and not wasteful), and the bottles are small enough to fit their hands and compact enough to travel. From a mom’s perspective I’m so glad I don’t have to fight the kids to get the extra B12 and Vitamin D3 they need, and I’m so thankful that your products are absolutely clean – non gmo, gluten free, wheat free, corn free, nut free, soy free, yeast free, paleo, keto friend, celiac friendly, etc. I am very intentional with the health of my family and it’s a big deal to me what goes into my family’s bodies. What good would it be to buy supplements only to find out they weren’t pure or had “extras” in them that were less than healthy? Not only is your product impressive, your packaging is very attractive too. It is wholesome, clean, simple and healthy. It doesn’t seem harsh, edgy or manufactured or gimmicky.Thank you for offering an excellent product that I trust, that I recommend to my mom friends and that I plan to purchase again in the future. I LOVE this products. I work at a desk and do not get as much sun as I should. I also don’t feel like you absorb as much when taken in pill form. I love this as an alternative. The taste is not my favorite, but it doesn’t linger at all.The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because every single bottle I’ve bought, leaks. It’s like an oil too so if you pack it, it needs its own bag and I just wish it didn’t leak!But overall my seasonal depression and energy goes away completely when I’m consistently taking this. Even though it leaks I still get a good 2 months out of each bottle so the value is great! It’s easy to adjust your dosage as well, as soon as I get more sunlight I dial it back to 1-2 sprays vs 4-5

Love, love, love this brand and product. Rather than giving my daughter separate supplements, I just give her a few quick sprays each morning and she loves it too! Taking the vitamin d3 and k2 together, I am sure her little body is getting what it needs and is able to absorb properly. I trust this brand and will continue supplementing using MaryRuth’s !

It's good if you can't take pills.. I am glad they had in liquid.

It has a very strong oil taste and leaves a film in your mouth after you spray.
