Gentle on my digestion .
These are great tablets and suit me perfectly, I have had trouble with my digestion all my life and these are so gentle on my stomach and bowel and keep me regular without any difficulties. I highly recommend these tablets as they are the best and I have them delivered regularly now . The medication I had from the dr was always too harsh on my system and caused me great pain but these are perfect and cause no issues , my doctor is very happy with me taking these too .
