I took these one time so far I noticed no difference. Not sure if I'm supposed to or not. Wish capsules were smaller.

Waste of money and time
Did absolutely nothing. Took as directed, and kept to a healthy balanced diet, It made me hungrier, bloat like crazy, and I even gained 5lbs somehow on maintenence calories

These pills are not to take everyday they are not diet pills . They break down sugar on chest days so it doesn't store and turn into fat. They help break down carbs (carbs=sugar) . Exactly what the bottle says cheat day.

Good product, wish more came in the bottle.
I love that this product doesn’t cause me to feel bloated or gassy like some brands do. I can enjoy an evening out or take on vacation so I don’t feel like I’m missing out on the yummy food. And, I don’t gain weight from “cheating” (within moderation) while indulging like I normally would while on a trip, etc.
