All reviews are saying that this ballast does not last long. It is the truth, this is the second one I am purchasing from different sellers. I have a 2013 Cadilac Escalade and the original ballast lasted 11 years and the other is still going so it is worth paying top dollar and buying factory OEM equipment. You sellers have to know that in order to change these you must remove the whole bumper to get to the back/bottom of headlight. Any water that gets in will blow these so seal it good.

Mounting holes weren’t right
Did not fit my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country initially. The mounting holes did not line up and I had to use a tiny round file to widen each of the holes 2-3mm so that the screws would fit without breaking my headlamp. It’s been a couple weeks and it’s still working so far, but I don’t need to drive at night very frequently so I don’t use my headlights a lot.

Perfect replacement for a pair of Cadillac Escalade headlights that were inop. Other than the hassle of removing the headlights to replace the ballasts, these worked perfectly.
