I try to take B vitamins to maintain energy and I really feel the results. For the first time I try vitamin B complex in the form of liquid drops. I mix it with drinking water. Very convenient.

I have tried other B-complex tinctures before with the hope that they have a less-unpleasant taste than capsules and are better absorbed. This tincture has an earthy, slightly bitter taste and I prefer that compared to overly sweet versions, but I am not seeing the proof that B-12 is being adequately metabolized.I did a direct comparison with a senior multi vitamin and the noticeable change in urine color is quickly obvious. Not so with these tinctures. I don't know why this is happening but I have to believe this is not as effective as the multivitamin tablet.

I have Sjogrens and B12 is a must. This product hast fast absorption and you soon notice energy level. It tastes good and the dropper is easy to use.
