Muy bueno , facil de usar , muy util la correa que trae para poder ajustar y que no se mueva . Tiene un buen tamaño cubriendo bastante area. Dura el tiempo que realmente necesitas aproximadamente 20 o 25 minutos . Trae una bolsa plastica para protegerlo de olores y daños cuando lo vas a poner enfriar . Lo recomiendo , es igual a la foto y como se describe .

Came the next day with Prime when desperately needed. The pad is large and covers much of my lower back. The velcro strap is big enough for a man with a 42 inch waist. This is helpful for walking and doing tasks but does not pull the ice pack into full contact with your back. Best icing is in a chair or driving.

This has been our life saver for hip replacement surgery! It's a great size and freezes well, just make sure you freeze it in the bag it comes with (don't throw it away!). It's really comfortable as well!

The Velcro band on this ice pack is plenty long and makes it easy to strap on. I also like the fabric side which is comfortable on top of clothing -- no additional towel or protection needed. It comes out of the freezer relatively soft and moldable. Comes with a storage bag to protect it in the freezer The downside is that it doesn't stay cold that long. It barely makes it to the recommended 20 minute application time. That being said I still think it was a good purchase.

Love this item. Had a fusion on my lower back. It gets stiff and achy. This helps so much and keeps it cold for a bit. Use it when working around the farm to sitting at the office. Would recommend if you are looking for something

This looks like it will do the job you put in the freezer for 4 hours and then use it.. this will work over and over

Love this. It’s the only one I could find on Amazon that covered a much wider portion of my back. This helps so much when I need it because I don’t have to constantly move it around which also the strap makes it easy to move around if needed with it on.

I bought the blue one in the past and I've liked it really well. However, I purchased a black one to help me when I had my knee replacement. I've been disappointed with the black one because they have four sections that contain gel and one of the sections came empty. This really affects the amount of coverage you have to help with the pain. The blue one is value for the money, helps with pain relief and very flexible and all four sections had a good amount of gel in them. Also it holds its coldness a decent amount of time. I gave it four stars for the one section being empty of gel in my black one.
