Background:Recently this year, i experience bad gas pains.I was bloating right after a meal, it was very uncomfortable, i looked like i was pregnant. Wasnt going to the bathroom regularly. It was horrible.I bought this product and have been using it for less than a week and i go to the bathroom regularly, the gas build up isnt as bad as it was before.I take the probiotic before breakfast and the digestive enzyme before lunch, after i eat i stand/ walk for 20 minutes and then head back to work.I saw great improvement, my stomach is flatter. Thank God.I didnt get any break outs in my skin while using it.So its working really good.I will recommend this product to persons who have gas issues but always consult first with a doctor to avoid serious problems.

This is the best supplement in the market! You will have your morning flat stomach every morning! Take the probiotic daily, and take the digestive enzymes before or after ever meal. This is my second round, got my husband to start using it also!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Unfortunately I must be one of the few people in the reviews that had an adverse effect to these. My stomach would hurt and I would be physically ill for hours after taking them to the point I’d have to take something else to stop the pain and bloating. They also made me extremely gassy - I’d burp non stop. I took them for a week- and it persisted so I stopped taking them. I also noticed weight gain even when not eating a great deal. I was hopeful as they seemed to work for so many people - just not me 😟

doesnt give you like a super flat tummy like on tiktok HOWEVER it really helped with my food cravings. It also helped my poop. so basicaly did all of its functions. I would say high quality.
