Black seed oil is alleged to "cure everything but death". I've been taking it daily now for about 6 months. Since taking it, my blood pressure has gone from slightly elevated to the low end of the normal range and my HDL improved from really low into the normal range. I rarely take any kind of pain relievers anymore, so it seems to be helpful in reducing pain. For anyone who is thinking about trying it, be aware that it has a very pungent odor that tends to hang around in the room in which you take it. The flavor is hard to describe but it isn't something you want lingering around your tastebuds. Some have described it as tasting like diesel fuel or kerosene, but I've never tasted either so I can't make that comparison. I haven't noticed any side effects from using this product.

This oil does not seem to have the same strong, pungent fragrance or taste that other brands have, however, it seems to do the trick both internally and externally.

As advertised. Good quality taste. The lid broke after reopening about 15 times so you have to tighten gently.

Not sure why but this was so effective I am surprised that it is not common knowledge. My knees have been sore for nearly 6 months. Some days worse than others and some kind of mild but still left me limping. Well I saw a video saying that this might be helpful. I got pills and started taking them but only a few days before I went on vacation. So I did not see any effect. On my return I started with the pills but also put the oil on my knees. I got this oil on day 2 and would put it on my knees a few times a day. Day 2 the pain was gone. Day 3 pain still gone. Not even a pain on an odd motion. I will keep using it because for the first time in months My knees are pain free. I still take the pills every day and rub this oil on the areas of my knee that were painful when walking and even to the touch. I also added Rose Hip oil as that has another pathway for fighting inflammation but I only began using that on day 3 when the pain ended. So I think this was the most significant reason for the pain being gone but it possibly could be the rose hip oil which is not so expensive so I will use both. Your results might be different but it made a drastic difference in my opinion. only 4 or 5 days ago the pain was at times so bad I had to stop moving because it hurt too much. I will post if it returns.
