So good it got me to eat vegetables. There are very few veggies I like but I went to a restaurant that used a lemon balsamic on fiend greens and enjoyed it so I ordered this. I ate 2 BOWLS of field greens. A little goes a long way. It’s DELICIOUS

This isn’t your typical thin, watery and bitter vinegar — This has a thick, semi-syrup viscosity (See review video). It has a powerful taste that’s mostly sweet, with a hint of lemony tang. The combination works! It’s excellent salmon or salad topper. I even like to mix it with Liquid Aminos to pair the vinegar’s sweetness with some salt. There are even some inadvertent health benefits: The robust flavor stands on its own when I drizzle the vinegar on top of my salads, so I don’t even need to add oil. Unlike some other balsamic vinegar purchases I’ve made online, this bottle big enough that the value for money is sufficient. I am such a satisfied customer that I bought two more bottles immediately after trying this vinegar to ensure that I don’t run out!

Flavor is very good….lemon balsamic

I like it, and it works well if adding to a vinegarette dressing, or an actual vinegar like prosecco for salad use ... BUT, I can't see the connection with Balsamic at all, or "Aged". It just seems like a good quality sweet and tangy thick lemon syrup, and yes it's consistency is very potent so a little goes a long way. That's why I'm leaving 4 stars because I feel the quality is high. The bottle size is fine, typical, but if you factor in the concentrated potency, your getting a lot. Tastes natural and chemical free. It's expensive, but the different flavors make it seem worth it, maybe adding to a desert, a tart dish, strawberries, or in this case tangy lemon on top of salmon, heck I'm going to even try it with Lobster and butter and see how that goes.

I have purchased lemon balsamic in the past from other suppliers, most recently from a stand-alone shop in Lake Geneva, WI. I often use it to make lemon pasta, but my most favorite way to use it is by adding it to sparkling or still water. It's delicious, but I go through it quickly this way. Not wanting to make a trip to WI each time I'm out, I thought I'd check on Amazon. I researched the many lemon balsamics available for purchase there & settled on the Terra Verde White Lemon Balsamic Vinegar. Boy, am I glad I did! I found it to be better-tasting then the one I get in WI & I will order it on Amazon from now on. There's no need to worry about breakage in shipping, either. This company uses a strong cardboard box insert to protect it during shipping! BUY this product & you won't regret it!
