How tight should my Waist Trimmer be?

A waist trimmer only needs to be tight enough to stay in place on your abdomen. It shouldn’t be as tight as a heavy-duty weightlifting belt, or feel like it’s impeding your breathing or movement.

滑り止めがよく、締め付けすぎないファット感があった。

ウォーキング時に使った。よかった。あとは睡眠中も使っていいのかなど聞きたいことはあるが、本来の目的の部分は充分果たして貰えている。

Quality and well made belt

I really like the quality and material it is made of. I use it when I exercise and it does help with support and sweat. I combined it with the abs of steel cream and it seems to make me sweat a little more. I attached the pictures of the belt with measurements for your reference as I did not see it anywhere before I purchase it. Hope it helps.

La meilleure des ceintures de sudation !

On parle souvent d'inefficacité des ceintures de sudation, celle-ci est vraiment bien faite avec les alvéoles intérieurs imperméable, je l'utilise depuis plus de 5ans pour courir, faire du cardio ou du crossfit. J'ai perdu beaucoup au bas du ventre avec et autour de la ceinture abdominale ! Je recommande vivement !
