I gave this as a gift to my friend who loves gardening. She loves to keep her nails nice. She loves it.

This Modelones Cuticle Oil temporarily makes your cuticles look and feel great. My nails and cuticles have become a mess as I've aged, and they are constantly dry and peeling. I've been applying this oil regularly and it does help with how they look and feel for hours afterward. However, the effect is not lasting. It has not improved the actual health of the cuticles for me, it just keeps them moisturized for a while. This would be fine, except that I only have time to sit down and apply this in the evening, so by the time morning comes, my nails are back to looking their normal way. If you have time to apply this in the morning, it would be great! It has a really nice consistency. I was surprised at how well it absorbed and dried, and doesn't leave your nails feeling oily or sticky.

I love taking care of my nails. I have a thumb nail that splits if I don't properly moisturize it. Nails grow from the cuticle so healthy cuticles are a must. Cuticle oil is usually a bottle and brush or a pen with a brush tip. A bottle and brush is just too much work. The pens with the brush tip usually has thin oil that either doesn't dispense or a tiny amount comes out and I waste time turning and turning the base to dispense enough.This cuticle oil is rose scented and it's quite strong. I don't mind but it may bother some people. The pen has a soft applicator tip like lip gloss sometimes does. It took a couple tries to get the right amount to dispense. This applicator tip is my new favorite. The oil is thick and the soft tip easily applies the oil. It also rubs into the nail and cuticle without getting it all over my fingers.I applied this onto my nails and onto 2 hang nails spots that had been bleeding. Just overnight, the hang nails were sealed up. The redness was gone. Within 2 days of applying this in the morning and at bedtime, my nails look great.This is my new favorite cuticle oil. It's easy to use, the tip spreads out the oil easily, the oil is thicker and highly moisturizing. I highly recommend this cuticle oil. I will be purchasing this from now on.

My nails are absolutely horrible! When I was younger I always had acrylic or gel extensions and it ruined my natural nails. They constantly break and crack and someone told me the solution was simply cuticle oil. Well, I’m fairly new to all this since having children ignored my nails and never ever painted them (so ignore my horrible paint job!). However lately I have been wanting to repair the damage to my nails and hopes at the chance to try this cuticle oil. I absolutely love it! My cuticle has never looked and felt healthier. Time will tell how growth and strength works but as soon as I applied this my cuticles look great. The little applicator is easy to control the amount of product and applies evenly and absorbs fairly quickly. My last experience with cuticle oil was about 15 years ago when it was in a dropper made a mess all over and your hands felt greasy so seeing this little applicator made me wanna try it and it definitely didn’t let me down having kids, I can easily apply it and still do my housework and know that it’s been absorbed no wasted product or mess anywhere I really do enjoy this product and most definitely be trying it again. Hopefully the strength and growth works, but I will update.

Long time at-home-mani queen, but new to nail oils.I work in healthcare and kept getting really bad hangnails and dried skin around my nails from washing my hands so frequently. I had a patient actually recommend nail oils, which I had never used before as I thought they were more of a self-care step. I used another version first, which was more traditional in the sense that it was an oil in a tube with a little brush. It kind of got everywhere, but did work to keep my cuticle area moisturized.Then I tried this Modelones nail oil and... It is the best.Not only does this version work really well to keep my cuticles moisturized, comfortable, and upkept looking- but it is more "gel" like. That means it doesn't get everywhere. It soaks in within maybe 5-10 minutes max so it isn't making things I touch feel oily either. The smell is heavenly, but light. The doe-foot applicator is more precise and comfortable to apply than the traditional brush pen.Modelones really knocked it out of the park with this one. I got this item for free for my honest review, but this product is definitely something I am going to continue to order myself once it runs out.

My favorite thing about this cuticle oil pen is it's application mode. Rather than being a traditional twist or click pen that dispenses oil in miniscule amounts (if at all), this is more like a lip gloss tube with a brush end. While it did cause some over application on my first use, it was so much easier than traditional pens. My favorite applicator for nail oil is still a bottle and brush, but those are less portable and harder to use on the run or without looking like you are painting your nails. This applicator is perfect for quick treatments on the go. One thing that I don't like is the odor. It's rose odor is very, very strong. I'll be checking to see if I can order one in fragrance free or something less pungent.

I have ridiculously hard cuticles that will "stick" on my nailbed and are so difficult to push back without turning them into 1000 hangnails. This stuff works. It took a couple days of being diligent to use it in the morning and evening, but I was able to get the cuticles pushed back after a couple days of softening and now I continue to use it to maintain them. You would never know I have cuticle issues to look at them now. The scent is a really delicious, juicy rose scent (not powdery at all) and the texture of the product is hydrating without being distictly waxy or sticky. The applicator tip is unique and soft, and just a little product goes a long way. Great addition to my little nail care kit.
